Return Policy

The Good Habits Company, LLC and timetobrush.com will accept customer returns within 30 days of purchase (less shipping & handling charges).

We do not accept returns that have been damaged.

The time to brush unit is guaranteed for materials and workmanship only. Should you discover a defect, the unit may be returned for replacement or exchange for up to 1 year from proof of purchase.

If you choose to send your purchase back for a refund, we will credit the same card used to place the order. If you return your purchase for an exchange, we will credit the card used to place the order and place a new order for you.

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price or exchange. Specify the item for return or exchange on the back of the original sales receipt.

It's a good idea to purchase tracking and insurance on your returned item or send via a carrier that automatically covers your package, such as UPS or FedEx.

The Good Habits Company is not responsible for lost packages nor are we responsible for the cost of returning an item back to us. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please use the original shipping box and shipping materials if possible and be sure to specify the department.
